Welcome to Catch Vault! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Catch Vault mobile application ("App") developed by BozAppz ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Catch Vault is a professional fishing companion app that allows you to:
- Log and track your fishing catches with photos and details
- Manage your tackle inventory and fishing gear
- Record fishing sessions and venue information
- Use rod timers and competition features
- Access analytics and performance insights
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Provide accurate and truthful information when logging catches
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use the App for any commercial purposes without permission
Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BozAppz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the App:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the App.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BozAppz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BozAppz expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
